Abstract
Creating and managing certificates for z/OS can be daunting, with missteps leading to delayed deployments, unplanned outages and unnecessary complexity for administrators. In this session we’ll explore the key concepts and discuss strategies and best practices for simplifying certificates. We’ll also introduce a new tool from Broadcom designed to streamline the initial certificate experience when installing mainframe software, as well as gather feedback for fully automating digital certificates on the
mainframe.

Over his career, he has held various roles in development and leadership, demonstrating both technical depth and leadership acumen. Currently, he serves as a Product Owner in the Mainframe Security domain, focusing on delivering secure, high-impact solutions.
