Abstract
The IMS catalog is coming. To an IMS near you! It’s just a database – well not quite just. Here are simple missteps that can be avoided when implementing an IMS Catalog. This will include tips, hints and user experiences to help others along the way.
Speaker Bio
Dennis has over 45 years of experience with ‘mainframe’ operating systems and database systems experience. He has worked as a developer, a consultant, business partner, competitor and vendor to IBM. Dennis is currently a member of the IMS Support team of the Washington Systems Center. His spare time is spent practicing the Gentle Way.
